Corporate Archery and team Building Events

Corporate & Team Building Archery Events

We run corporate & team building archery events at our great indoor venue in Archway North London. Alternatively we are also mobile so can come and run an archery session at a venue you hire. Your team or work colleagues will love it. Contact us for more info.

Outline of a Typical Archery Session:

Our corporate & team building archery events run for 75 – 90 minutes depening on group size. These sessions are ideal for groups wishing to try something new, bond, and improve their archery skills. You will be instructed how to shoot a recurve bow safely and confidently throughout the session. We start by getting everyone kitted out with equipment; we will then give a short safety briefing and a demonstration of the correct shooting technique. Instructors will then help participants to get shooting so that everyone gets plenty of shooting time.

Then once you’ve all had plenty of practice targeting the gold we’ll finish off the session with a fun competition with medals for the top three archers on the day, for larger groups we can also add a team element to the competition with a little trophy for the winning team.

The benefits of Archery

Archery is great fun and is a very sociable sport accessible to everyone young and old. It’s ideal for team building events and your friends and work colleagues will love it. It encourages focus and calmness under pressure. Health benefits can also include; improved fitness and strength, a reduction in stress and anxiety and it also promotes self-esteem and emotional well-being.

Through continued practice archery teaches participants a deep sense of mental focus and the ability to stay cool under pressure, giving them the ability to access their best performance time and again. Archery gives participants a tremendous sense of control, accomplishment and immediate gratification as the arrow hits its target.
