Archery Coach Wanted

Job Opportunity: Experience Archery Coach (Part time-Self employed)

Experience Archery is a North London based Archery Company/Club. We offer regular have-a go and beginner archery courses, corporate events, stag & hen sessions, children’s club, birthday parties and run weekly sessions in several schools across London. We offer mobile and in house sessions.

Experience Archery is looking to recruit freelance coaches for regular, long term work.

Job Specifications:
Freelance coach (self employed)
Own insurance
Minimum coaching experience: Archery Leaders. Desirable: Level one coach or above.
Ideally you will also have some basic equipment maintenance skills. I.e Fletching arrows, bow set up etc.
Desirable but not essential: Driving licence, current DBS/CRB, First Aid, Child protection knowledge.

You will have excellent people and communication skills and be comfortable coaching groups of children and adults. You will be open minded and bring a non-judgmental approach to coaching, maintaining professional boundaries whilst being personable and approachable.

You will be available for regular weekly sessions and can commit long term (1 year minimum).

Salary: Hourly rate paid monthly £10 – £12.50 ph subject to experience. Mobile sessions paid on a job by job basis (Also paid monthly).
